We do not offer one-size-fits-all exercise plans — every routine is selectively designed based on your physical assessment, goals, and current condition.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Our programs are designed by certified movement and fitness professionals to support posture correction, pain rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.

However, they are not a substitute for medical treatment. Clients with medical conditions, injuries, or post-surgical limitations should consult their physician before starting any program with us.

3. Program Customization & Modifications

Each plan — whether Pain Rehab, Posture Correction, Movement Mastery, or Transformation — is created uniquely for the client.

We encourage feedback and updates throughout your journey so our specialists can adjust exercises or intensity to suit your progress.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all programs are non-refundable once the assessment and plan design have been delivered.

Rescheduling of sessions or modifications can be done with prior notice (minimum 24 hours) through our support team.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. All client data, posture reports, videos, and assessment details are kept confidential and used solely to design and monitor your program.

We never share or sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Commitment & Results

While we guide and support every step, results vary based on individual discipline, body response, and consistency.

7. Communication Policy

Our team communicates primarily through official channels (email, WhatsApp, or The Posture Doctors platform).

Support and follow-ups are scheduled to ensure timely progress tracking and updates.

8. Code of Conduct

We maintain a positive, professional, and respectful training environment.

Any form of misconduct, disrespect, or non-cooperation may lead to termination of the program without refund.
